Thank you for applying for a coaching position with Higher Level Basketball. Please feel free to use our online application for initial submission. For your convenience, please create a login below to continue the application process in the event you will need to complete it on a return visit. We recommend you download the paper copy and printout for preparation or mail to the provided address.

Our application process does not involve retaining your application data any longer than necessary. Regardless, we ask that you DO NOT submit personal financial or Social Security Number. These will be requested later in the application process, along with a signature release for background check.

After a submitted application is reviewed and determined to explore compatibility, the applicant will be first be contacted and screened by phone. If mutual interest is present, a Record Checklist and Background Authorization form will be sent to the applicant.

Interviews are then conducted with successful candidates that may best suit HLB's goals and open positions once the background and records check is completed and returned with acceptable results.

Once an agreement is reached between HLG and the applicant, a training schedule is established and material checklist is covered with applicable resources disseminated to the new coach, including the engagement forms (1099, Coach's Contract) and needed resources (log sheets, training gear, etc.)

NOTE: ALL coaches hired by HOB are under an independent contractor agreement (a.k.a. - subcontractor). For any position that are employee-based (currently only management & administrative), HLB executive staff will contact interested applications with and additional application steps.
