| Placing an Order: |
Shopping cart is handled through PayPal for your security. Neither HLB,
nor PayPal store any payment information for added security. Please consult
our privacy policy on the menu at bottom of page for more details. Orders are
reviewable and may be altered until time of payment processing. To order,
simply select the item to be added to your shopping cart. When done adding items,
proceed to checkout, where you can review and make any changes to your order.
Choose a payment method, enter payment information, review the order a final time and submit.

| Note on Sizing: |
Please note that several items are unisex sized items. Please reference the sizes listed as
such and when ordering, use a corresponding women's size for best fit.

| Pricing + Tax Info: |
6% sales tax added at checkout on your shopping cart screen.
Shipping costs are added to your purchase at checkout. |
| Payment Information: |
Accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Debit cards that have charge
agreements with those merchants. |
| Shipping: |
Each item notes standard shipping times for stock items and non-stock items. See item
descriptions for details. ALL items with embroidery (polos, pullovers, mocks) are considered
non-stock, customized items. Please provide the address for item(s) to be shipped to in the
appropriate field on your order page. |
| Return Policy: |
No returns for refund allowed. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, please contact
customer service at HLBstore@higherlevelbb.com for instructions on exchange. For items unwanted,
customers may exchange item for another item of equal or greater value. |
| Order Cancellation: |
Once order is submitted and payment is processed, there can be no cancellations of order. |
